What is Designtex?

Maintaining lead in the uniform manufacturing and supply sector for almost 30 years, we offer custom-made uniform and manufacturing services all over UAE. From the initial sketch to the finished product, our in-house design team works with a highly skilled production and technical team to make unique corporate uniforms as per your needs. Our sales and marketing team, along with our designers, personally meet all our potential customers to understand their requirements better.

Does Designtex provide fabrics?

We have a wide range of fabric options for you to choose from. We bring a sample of each fabric while we visit our client. You can feel the fabric and also get an idea of the final look of the uniform.

How to place an order?

Kindly email us your inquiry at info@designtex.ae. Our sales executive will coordinate with you.

What happens after I place an order?

Once we receive your inquiry, our sales executive will contact you. If you have your designs finalized then our sales executive will visit you with fabric samples. We can also help you design your uniform if you do not have any design ready. You can feel the fabric and gauge the look of the fabric and choose a fabric for your uniform. Once the fabric, design, colors, and quantity is fixed, we will send you, our quotation. After you approve and LPO is issued, our tailors will visit you and take measurements of the staff. It is then sent for processing, production, and lastly delivery.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We provide premium quality fabric and uniforms as per requirement in 10-14 business days.

What if I need my order to be delivered urgently?

Kindly contact us. We will do our best to deliver the product to you as per the requested day and time.

What can I do if the fit is not proper?

We offer alterations free of cost if the request is made within 10 days after delivery. You will have to pay for any alterations requested later than 10 days.

How do you provide the samples of the uniform?

Based on your requirement if you do not have a uniform design then we can show you some readymade samples along with fabric samples. From this, a sample uniform is stitched and sent to you for approval. Once approved we send it for final processing.
